About Stephanie
Stephanie’s career began with an undergraduate degree in education, specializing in art and design, from Southern Utah University. She earned her National Board Certification and from there, she earned not one but two master’s degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in special education and educational administration and leadership. Stephanie’s experience has been in serving diverse and special needs populations in the rural and urban northeastern areas of Clark County School District. She spent fifteen years in the classroom and taught graduate level classes at the university level. As a school administrator she supervised special education, behavior, curriculum, and school facilities. As a special education instructional facilitator she advised and collaborated with teachers and administrators concerning the instruction and legal compliance for students with special needs.
In 2005, Stephanie expanded her talents beyond education. She launched her own design business, Designs By Stephanie, LLC, which allowed her to explore her passion for interior design. Eventually, her desire for new challenges led her to real estate, where her skills in working with people of all ages and backgrounds proved invaluable.
Today, as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™/Realtor®, Stephanie leverages her extensive knowledge of Mesquite to help individuals, families, and investors find the perfect luxury real estate to suit their needs. Her experience and expertise ensure she can assist with any request, from helping renters find a comfortable new home to finding the perfect second home, investment or short-term rental property for those looking to relocate and/or expand their investment portfolios.
